Customer Reviews
Good value, some delays
I engaged MediaOptions for their Premium Domain Brokerage service to sell a .com domain. The initial consultation was quick and informative, and they seemed to understand the market well. The valuation they provided felt realistic, not overinflated. The sale itself took longer than the 4-6 weeks I was told it might, stretching closer to 9 weeks, which was a bit frustrating. However, when it did close, the Domain Escrow Coordination was seamless. Their fee structure for high-value domains is competitive, but I wish the communication about the selling timeline had been more accurate. Overall, a positive outcome, but patience is definitely needed.
Dependable brokerage service
This was my third time using MediaOptions, this time for a Domain Acquisition. Like before, they were consistent. The process took a little longer than I expected, about 3 weeks to finalize everything, but that's just how these things go sometimes. Their communication throughout was solid, keeping me in the loop. It's why I keep coming back; they're reliable, and I know what to expect from them when I need to buy or sell domains.
Easy to work with
I used MediaOptions for a domain appraisal. It was pretty straightforward, just filled out the form and they got back to me quickly. The info they gave me was helpful, made me feel better about a domain I was thinking of buying. Good experience.

Hey, anyone used MediaOptions to buy a domain? Just wondering if they actually handle the whole escrow thing or if I need to sort that out separately.
Does MediaOptions ever do promo codes or discounts on their brokerage fees? Looking to sell a portfolio of domains, hoping to save a bit on commission.
How legit is MediaOptions compared to like, GoDaddy's brokerage service? Trying to decide which one to go with for a big domain purchase.
Anyone know how long it usually takes for them to acquire a domain if it's not currently listed for sale? Heard they can do 'stealth' acquisitions.
I signed up for their newsletter for a free consultation. Is there a catch, or is it just a way to get you in the door?
